For same-day delivery, order before 2pm Monday to Saturday. For weddings and large events, we recommend consulting with us at least 4โ€“6 weeks in advance to ensure availability.
We deliver to all addresses within a 20-mile radius. For locations beyond this, we offer a click-and-collect service from our studio, or can arrange courier delivery for an additional fee.
Absolutely! We love working with specific requests. Simply note your preferences in your enquiry. Some flowers are seasonal, so we'll always offer beautiful alternatives if your first choice isn't available.
Every delivery includes a care card. Generally: trim stems at an angle, change water every two days, keep out of direct sunlight and away from fruit. Most arrangements last 7โ€“14 days with proper care.
Yes! We offer weekly or monthly office flower subscriptions with preferential pricing. Email us at corporate@petalandbloom.com or select "Corporate" in the enquiry form above.
If your flowers arrive in poor condition, contact us within 24 hours with a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund โ€” no questions asked. Your satisfaction is our priority.
